I have 4.5 years of experience working in a startup, which I helped set up. During these years working for this non-profit organisation, I paid close attention to the group dynamics in a remote work environment. Among many other responsibilities, I was dedicated to supporting the team and cultivating a culture of collaboration, good communication, and advocacy. I have a passion for working with and supporting teams that are working towards sustainable and ethical goals. I believe that listening to the quieter voices, understanding people's experiences, collecting constructive feedback, and running regular reflective meetings are paramount to creating a harmonious team that uses time and resources effectively and sustainably. People need to feel heard and seen in the workplace.
I wish to provide help and support to teams that might benefit from my support, gentle observation, and coaching skills. If your organisation is struggling with challenging dynamics and a quick turnaround of staff, I can offer my services by remotely working with you and your team to assess the situations. By listening to all the voices and finding common ground and solutions, I aim to benefit your team and company. I can provide psychological support to a highly stressed team and focus on cultivating balance and well-being in the workplace. Together with a couple of other coaches, I can come to your office and run team-building workshops focusing on movement and self-expression. I will guide you and your team members through group-based meditations and visualisations to help you re-establish more harmony and better comprehension in your group.
